The Shriners will start on Saturday and prepare 1,000 pounds of beef for their deep pit BBQ.  It is quite interesting to see the Shriners prepare the beef for you to eat on Sunday.

Then, early Sunday morning the Shriners will pull the beef out of their pits and prepare it for lunch.  

If you enjoy the meay, there will be packages available to take home with you for a nominal donation.
