UNITS - Typically units meet at the Shrine Auditorium and their purposes are to directly support the Shrine through their various special jobs and interests, i.e the Band provides musical entertainment for the Shrine and their fundraising is done by contracting to provide music for your special events. Temple Guard provides security at Shrine meetings and raises money through serving meals and hosting dinners. The Motorcycle unit is a parade unit and their fundraisers are Motorcycle Rides. There are 18 units. |

CLUBS - Typically clubs do not meet at the Shrine Auditorium and they tend to be a group of Shriners who live in a specific geographic area or city. Their purposes are to directly support the Shrine by promoting the Shrine in their area and providing various community service activities. They have champaign brunches, sell onions and other items to include airplane rides to raise funds for their clubs and the Shrine. There are 30 clubs. |
